I am always so humbled when a family invites me into their home and trust their precious new life in my care. I love the simple joys of an infant filling his diaper in daddy’s arms and the sweet smiles of a sleeping babe at the sound of mommy’s voice. I adore watching first time parents falling in love more and more with each other and their newborn baby with every breath it takes. I love observing the dynamics of a family evolve and am fascinated when even a dog’s demeanor changes as they now have to share the attention of their owner. There are very few things I find as sweet.
Megan and Mark live right down the road from the neighborhood pumpkin patch and since the weather was perfect and Noah, at the ripe age of 7 days old, was being such a trooper we decided why not. Some of my favorite images ended up being in the 30 minutes we spent at the pumpkin patch!
